Dear Mrs. Mitchell:

It is with pleasure that I recall my visit to Massachusetts. Spending that week with you gave me a better understanding and appreciation of the work your are doing.

Although I am very busy, as you know, I would like to help you in any way possible. Perhaps one of the best ways of doing this would be to join the Cambridge Buddhist Association. Please let me know about the regulations concerning membership, and how I can be of assistance to the organization.

Gassho,

Rev. Shunryu Suzuki
